Directions to Biosite
9975 Summers Ridge Rd.

For all directions below: once on Summers Ridge Rd., use the parking entrance next to the Biosite sign to park near the main building with the lobby entrance. You will need to sign in and get a visitor’s badge in the lobby.
From I-5 South / 805 South:
- At the 805 / 5 South split, veer Left onto 805 South.
- Take the first exit Sorrento Valley Road, and exit toward Mira Mesa Blvd.
- Turn Left onto Sorrento Valley Rd which becomes Mira Mesa Blvd.
- Go 2.3 miles and make a Right on Camino Santa Fe Rd.
- After 0.6 miles make a Right onto Summers Ridge Rd.
As you proceed up the hill Biosite Incorporated Headquarters
will be on the right.
From I-5 North:
- Take the Sorrento Valley Road exit and stay in the right lane.
- Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp (Roselle St.).
- Make an immediate Right onto Sorrento Valley Blvd.
- Go over the railroad tracks and turn Right onto Sorrento Valley Rd.
- After 1.4 miles, this road turns into Mira Mesa Blvd.
- Continue on Mira Mesa Blvd for 2.3 miles
- Make a Right on Camino Santa Fe Rd.
- After 0.6 miles make a Right onto Summers Ridge Rd.
As you proceed up the hill Biosite Incorporated Headquarters
will be on the right.
From 805 North:
- Exit Mira Mesa Blvd / Vista Sorrento Pkwy.
- Turn Right (east) onto Mira Mesa Blvd. Go 2.3 miles
- Make a Right on Camino Santa Fe Rd.
- After 0.6 miles make a Right onto Summers Ridge Rd.
As you proceed up the hill Biosite Incorporated Headquarters
will be on the right.
From I-15 South:
- Exit Mira Mesa Blvd. Turn Right (west) onto Mira Mesa Blvd.
- Go 3.3 miles and make a Left on Camino Santa Fe Rd
- After 0.6 miles make a Right onto Summers Ridge Rd.
As you proceed up the hill Biosite Incorporated Headquarters
will be on the right.
From I-15 North:
- Exit Miramar Rd. Turn Left (west) onto Miramar Rd.
- Go 2.6 miles and make a Right on Carroll Rd.
- After 0.7 miles turn Right on Camino Santa Fe Rd.
- After 1 mile make a Left onto Summers Ridge Rd.
As you proceed up the hill Biosite Incorporated Headquarters
will be on the right.
From the San Diego Airport:
- Exit airport area onto Harbor Drive (South).
- Turn left onto Laurel Street.
- Approximately 1/2 mile, turn left onto I-5 North “on ramp”.
- Take the Sorrento Valley Road exit and stay in the right lane.
- Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp (Roselle St.).
- Make an immediate Right onto Sorrento Valley Blvd.
- Go over the railroad tracks and turn Right onto Sorrento Valley Rd.
- After 1.4 miles, this road turns into Mira Mesa Blvd.
- Continue on Mira Mesa Blvd for 2.3 miles
- Make a Right on Camino Santa Fe Rd.
- After 0.6 miles make a Right onto Summers Ridge Rd.
